FIERCE ADULT FITNESS PROGRAM

Welcome to our Adult Fitness Dance Program! Here, you can learn and practice a variety of dance styles while getting in shape and having fun.

Our instructors are passionate about dance and are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, we have something for you.

Our program includes different levels of classes to accommodate all skill levels, styles, and fitness goals. Our classes are designed to be fun and energizing, while providing you with the opportunity to learn new moves and improve your coordination.

GET FIT AT FIERCE 

BARRE

Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout that is cross between pilates and ballet. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target— ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

DANCE HIT

Fun, simple, high energy routines with a focus on hip-hop stylings and pop music that combine with high intensity interval training and resistance training to burn maximum calories.

AERIAL

Join us to discover to fun of aerial in Hoop and Silks. With beginner and intermediate classes you will love learning a new skill and increasing your core and upper strength. Check the class description to find out the apparatus you will be focusing on.

TAP

Adult tap consists of warm-ups to stretch the muscles of the legs and feet, basic steps both on the spot & travelling across the room, combinations of both easy and difficult steps to create different sounds and rhythms. It is great for your mind connecting the brain to the feet & the body toning those legs, so why not give it a go!

TONE & SCULPT

Our Tone & Sculpt class was created specifically for those looking to tone their bodies regardless of individual fitness level. Our full body workout uses free weights, resistance bands, medicine & physio balls, and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups

PILATES

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
